In-Patient

 

HFMI's in-house representatives interview all self-pay patients to establish the best avenues of reimbursement to the facility.

HFMI strives to complete the proper application before the patient is even discharged.

Emergency Department

Through our years of experience, we have determined that bad debt reduction is more successful when we are able to meet with the patient at the time of service.

Therefore, HFMI staffs the emergency department typically from 7am - 11pm, 7 days per week to ensure proper coverage.

 

Out-Patient

 

HFMI works closely with patient scheduling to ensure self-pay patients are screened before procedures.

In instances where pre-screening is not possible, HFMI is able to interface and access files from your hospital systems to ensure that we capture each patient.
